Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information is collected through this website, why, and how you can ask questions about it. Last updated: July 31, 2026.

Who we are

This website, Just For Everyone, is operated by Kishore Kumar, from Ontario, Canada. “Just For Everyone” is the name used for the website and its content; it is not represented here as a separate registered legal entity.

Comments

When you leave a comment, your name and email address are required, and your website is optional. We also collect your IP address and browser user-agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized hash derived from your email address may be sent to Gravatar to check whether it is associated with a profile image; if none is found, a default “Mystery Person” image is shown instead. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy for how Gravatar handles this.

Comments and their associated information are retained while the comment remains published on this website. They may be removed earlier upon request where appropriate, or when the related article or comment is removed.

Cookies

If you opt in when leaving a comment, a convenience cookie saves your name, email address, and website for one year so you don’t have to re-enter them. This website also uses standard WordPress cookies for any logged-in WordPress user’s session, which do not apply to ordinary visitors.

The Contact form

You can use the Contact form on this website to send us your name, email address, optional business name, a reason for contacting us, and your message. Before submitting, you must acknowledge that the information you provide will be used to review and respond to your inquiry, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through the Contact form is used to review and respond to your inquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile helps us detect automated spam, and Hostinger provides the website and email-delivery infrastructure. Contact-form submissions are not saved as message entries in WordPress. Messages are delivered to and retained in our Hostinger Email mailbox. Email-delivery systems may also temporarily process technical information needed to send and troubleshoot messages.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell personal information. Depending on the feature used, information may be processed by Hostinger, which provides website hosting and email-delivery infrastructure; Cloudflare, which checks Contact-form submissions for automated spam; and Automattic’s Gravatar service, which may receive an anonymized hash derived from a commenter’s email address to check for an associated profile image.

How long we retain your information

Comments: see the retention approach described above. Contact-form messages: ordinary inquiry emails will generally be deleted twelve months after the last meaningful correspondence relating to that inquiry, unless still needed for an active matter or another legitimate reason.

Your rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for security, record-keeping, an active matter, or other legitimate requirements.

How to contact us about privacy

Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your personal information, can be sent to admin@justforeveryone.com. This mailbox is used both for general inquiries and for privacy-related requests.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time when our data practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
